个人简况：张红跃，女，1971年出生，中共党员，工学硕士，教授级高工，国家电网优秀专家，一直从事线路保护、直流输电交流保护和发变组保护的开发工作。先后开发出同杆并架双回线成套线路保护装置、柔直变成套保护装置等20余类装置；完成《对称性涌流策略的研究及实施》等研究报告100余篇；具有将高新技术研究开发成果转化的能力和经历；见证并参与了云广直流等十几个直流工程的重要工程。获得国家机械工业科学技术二等奖、河南省科学技术进步二等奖、许昌市科技进步一等奖、许继集团科学技术进步一等奖等荣誉。以第一作者发表EI核心论文期刊上10篇，以第一作者发表中文核心论文5篇，以第一作者共计发表论文21篇；以第一完成人获得授权发明专利19项，共计申请专利40余项。申请软件著作权8篇。
