主要研究方向:电介质功能材料的铁电、压电与巨介电性能研究及其应用,聚合物复合材料制备及其介电、绝缘、导热性能研究,电卡制冷材料性能研究与器件设计。

个人简况:男,1988年生,群众,博士,讲师,博士后,硕士生导师。主要从事钙钛矿氧化物电介质材料的铁电、压电、介电性能研究,电介质陶瓷、薄膜材料的储能特性研究与应用,材料缺陷结构设计与机理分析。作为主要成员先后主持、参与了多个科研项目。博士学习期间以第一作者发表论文多篇,合作发表论文十余篇。

学习与工作经历:

2007.09-2011.07哈尔滨理工大学材料物理专业学习,获得理学学士学位;

2011.09-2014.04哈尔滨理工大学材料物理与化学专业学习,获得工学硕士学位;

2015.09-2020.10哈尔滨工业大学材料科学与工程专业学习,获得工学博士学位;

2020.12-至今 任职三峡大学电气与新能源学院讲师,电气工程博士后流动站从事研究工作。

近五年主持或参与的主要科研项目:

缺陷偶极子诱导ABO3陶瓷的局域晶格畸变与巨介电响应机制研究 (No. 51677033),国家自然科学基金,参与,63万,已结题。

施、受主协同调控 NBT 基陶瓷高温稳定电容性能研究,2021年度湖北省博士后创新研究岗位基金,主持,6万,在研。

三峡大学博士后科研启动经费,2021年三峡大学人才经费项目,8万,在研。
